This is a very versatile wrap as it fits comfortably around arms,
knees, ankles and even your wrist. Comes in two sizes; regular
or x-large.
Like
all my other wraps, you can remove the flax seed insert and wash
the casing. The wrap inside is made with quilting sections,
so the herbs stay even in the case.
To Heat: Place wrap on
the turntable in your microwave. Heat on high for 1 1/2
minutes. Do not over heat!
To Cool: Enclose wrap in Ziploc bag and leave
in freezer.
