The big 14"x18" is so big it covers your whole back! This is a favorite of Massage Therapists and Physical Therapists. As they say, you should always heat the area before you stretch - less chance of hurting yourself. My favorite thing about this one...fold it in half you can fit both feet in it!

Back wraps feel wonderful to lay on in bed. When under the blankies with you they will hold warmth for hours.

Warm Comfort 14x8 Back Wrap inside pouch The wrap inside is made with quilting sections so the herbs stay even in the wrap. All wraps come in a removable, washable cover, available in cotton or flannel.

To Heat: Place back wrap on the turntable in your microwave. Flip at half time. Heat on high for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.

Do not over heat!

To Cool: Enclose wrap in Ziploc bag and leave in freezer.

Flannel Covers

Flannel covers are wonderful for heat therapy.
They are very soft and insulated with the flannel, they hold the heat well.
Flannel is not recommended for cold therapy. It is too thick of a barrier. All fabrics are pre-washed.
