The goggle shape eye wrap is so soothing...

Use warm for eyes that are stressed from reading or the computer. Or use cold out of the freezer and get the swelling down around your eyes. 

Because of it's size, it also works well for a small wrap for your finger or wrist. This wrap is made with just one thin layer of cotton between you and your therapy - it's most effective that way.

To Heat: Place eye wrap on turntable in microwave for 30 - 40 seconds. Do not overheat!

To Cool: Enclose wrap in Ziploc bag and leave in freezer.
