Have you ever been sitting with a heating pad on your back and when you get up and walk away you wish it would have stayed with you? I have! But no more! Now you can take your heat with you. In the car, to the golf course, to the chiropractor. You name it...your mobile! I've even worn it under my winter coat just to stay warm. 

This belt can be positioned high or low or even used in front for cramps. Very helpful for a stiff back or arthritis. 

I am very proud of this design! You have a thin cotton on the inside to keep you closest to the heat or cold therapy and a thick flannel on the outside to insulate the heat. Our belts come in six sizes - small to XXX. There is plenty of Velcro on each side giving you lots of freedom for sizing. Like all my other wraps you can remove the flax seed insert and wash the belt casing.

The wrap inside is made with quilting sections so the herbs stay even in the wrap.

To Heat: Place belt on turntable in microwave for 2 minutes. Do not overheat!

To Cool: Enclose wrap in Ziploc bag and leave in freezer.
