The Warming Heart is the perfect gift for the love of your life. It is a 7"x7" heart filled with our flax seeds so you can warm it in the microwave.

To Heat: Place wrap on the turntable in your microwave. Heat on high for 45-50 seconds. Do not over heat!

To Cool: Enclose wrap in Ziploc bag and leave in freezer.
