The Body Wrap (30″ x 8″) is a big favorite. Being 30″ long, it goes a long way! Wrap it around your shoulders and neck and it feels like a warm blanket hugging you. Because of the length, it also sits weight balanced on your shoulders so you can walk around without feeling like it’s going to slip off.
If your back is what’s aching, the body wrap can reach from your neck to tailbone or wrap around your hip section. Lay it on your lap and cover both legs or knees. Wrapping your feet with it is not unheard of either. We have had very good reviews for this wrap being used for RSL, restless leg syndrome. Wrapping your hands up in it can give you natural holistic relief for RA, Rheumatoid Arthritis. It’s great for warming up your bed ahead of time and left under the blankies with you…will stay warm for hours!
The wrap inside is made with quilting sections so the herbs stay even in the wrap. All wraps come in a removable, washable cover available in cotton or flannel.
Available in Unscented (No Aromatherapy added), Lavender Aromatherapy or Peppermint & Eucalyptus Aromatherapy.
To Heat: Roll up the body wrap and place it on the turntable in your microwave. Heat on high for 2 minutes, turn over or roll different and heat for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more. Do not over heat!

Differences between Cotton (CT) and Flannel (FL) fabric
The thin cotton covers work well for hot and cold therapy. Flannel covers are wonderful for heat therapy. They are very soft and the flannel is insulating, so they hold the heat well. Flannel is not recommended for cold therapy. It is too thick of a barrier. All fabrics are pre-washed.
